One of the Chef José Avillez spaces, where experimentation is the rule, the concept that stands out is theatricality. It is a night space where guests can make an unexpected trip by tasting. The menu is divided into five acts - mini crackling cocktails, mini snacks, mini entrees, mini fish dishes and mini meat dishes, plus an "isolated act" made of more substantial dishes. To try: the sabutini with explosive olive or the white veal chartreuse. Author's cocktails are another of the house's bets.
