The Adega Mayor (winery) is the result of the vision of Commander Rui Nabeiro and his great passion for wines and their land - Campo Maior. It was in this landscape that architect Siza Vieira applied his unmistakable trait - simple, refined, essential, which makes this winery a worldwide architectural reference. Inside there are large spaces dedicated to the production and storage of wines, with specific rooms for tasting. At the top of the panoramic terrace, you can see, on the horizon, the vineyard, the olive grove of Herdade, Spain and the Serra de Portalegre. A space where reveals all the tradition and sophistication of the fascinating and mysterious Alentejo.
