Villa Cipriani Restaurant, in Funchal, is integrated in one of the oldest hotels in Madeira, Belmond Reid's Palace, and was created with the double function of being a relaxed space and at the same time providing a good gastronomic moment. Its cuisine is influenced by the Italian gastronomy, but privileges the local products. Overlooking the sea and with a simple decoration, the relaxed atmosphere enhances the tagliatelle with creamy lobster sauce, shrimp and peas and the ossobuco of veal milanese with saffron risotto, house specialties.
