A 19th-century mansion houses an impressively large collection of gin from around the world. Today, the white estate has been turned into a hotel with its very own Gin Library. The collection, assembled over the course of the owner’s travels, currently consists of more than 400 bottles of gin from countries including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, South Africa, Australia, and Thailand.
