Museum dedicated to music, has one of the most important collections of musical instruments from the 16th to the 20th centuries, of erudite and popular tradition, from Europe. Some of these instruments are classified as National Treasures, such as the Stradivarius Chevillard Cello, the Pascal Taskin Harpsichord, the piano (Boisselot & Fils) that Franz Liszt brought from France in 1845 or the Eichentopf oboe. It also has a Documentation Center and hosts a vast program of cultural extension, especially concerts, thematic visits and workshops.
