Museum installed in the building of São Bento, neoclassical style, presents a permanent exhibition called "Biology, Biodiversity and Evolution in the Vegetable World". The collection includes a large collection of fruits, dried or preserved in alcohol and a great diversity of vegetable products. The botanical garden, a space located in the heart of the city of Coimbra since 1772, on the initiative of the Marquis of Pombal, extends over 13 ha and allows contact with exotic plants and animals, as well as relaxing moments.
