Both are located in the University headquarters. The museum houses a collection made up of liturgical implements, images, silverware and objects used in religious services dating from the 13th century. The primitive Chapel of São Miguel dates back to the reign of D. Afonso Henriques, the present work being entirely Manueline style by the trait of Marcos Pires who, after his death in 1521, left the work unfinished. Inside, the décor is exuberant, through the existence of seventeenth-century tile panels, the painting of vaulted ceilings, the Mannerist altarpiece of the high altar in gilded carving and paintings on wood.
