The Museum is a body of the University of Lisbon, which has the functions of preserving heritage, investigate and disseminate knowledge through the communication methods and techniques of its own. In the space dedicated to science exhibitions take place on exact sciences (several modules related to physical laws, documented with interactive experiences). It is divided into four themes: historical and interactive exhibit, the chemical laboratory of the Polytechnic School, experimental workshops of chemistry and the Planetarium.
