Dine to taste, dine to feel, dine to sense. Yes... there is a dinosaur in the middle of the room. Do not be alarmed. The velociraptor was purposely built into the room by the Catalan architect Lázaro Rosa-Violán, who conceived the whole building. The high ceilings and wide windows light the tables well so one can see clearly the reinterpreted classic Portuguese and international dishes presented. Start with the warm shrimp, head for the chef's specialty, the lavagante rice and grouper and finish with the plum sericaia of chef Joaquim Sousa.
