Arriving at the courtyard of Herdade do Paço do Morgado de Oliveira, the feeling is like being at the entrance of a palace or a museum. Only the surrounding vineyard unravels the link to winemaking. In the old building, there are several rooms that are filled with kites, vats and carvings, where white, red and rosé wines are produced. There is also an area reserved for dinner and wine tasting and an old chapel. On the other side of the courtyard, in the new building, is the cellar, with the winemaking and grape delivery area, the wine bar and the shop, where, in addition to wines, local products such as honey made in property and Alentejo black pork patés.
