The activities developed by this foundation are mainly linked to literature and music. The gardens that are here are extremely well kept and are of rare beauty. In the museum itself, there are 2000 scrolls and royal letters, various objects connected to the House and family, and a collection of 18th-century silver reliquaries. In the other rooms you can also see Portuguese, French and English furniture from the 17th and 18th centuries, silver and silverware from the Company of the Indies, among other objects.
