A family business dedicated to the artisan manufacture of cheese. Upon entering the building that gives rise to the factory, there is a spacious living room with café and terrace (where sometimes concerts and dances are also organized), and on the right, the main attraction: a showcase for the production room. In the daily production of about 220 kilograms of cheese, some of the artisan processes include: adding salt, filling the molds and placing them in presses. Only the bowl and pasteurizer work automatically, everything else is all handmade. A factory that, in addition to artisan manufacture, works the art of welcome.
