SHARISH GIN is a Portuguese gin, produced in Alentejo by António Cuco. The inspiration for its name is due to the village of MONSARAZ, specifically the Arabic term “sharish” which is related to the very Alentejo Esteva (Cistus ladanifer). This gin is part of a recipe filled with Portuguese ingredients that are distilled separately in a traditional Portuguese still and then subjected to a final blend.
