A project that consists of the fusion of typical Alentejo food with Portuguese Mediterranean cuisine, mostly presented in the form of tapas. The Alentejo is also very well represented in the space itself. Inviting and "trendy", it reveals a functional simplicity through the materials used and the decorative elements. The floor, in black, yellow and white, exhibits a singular geometry through the mosaic produced in the region and the marble of the table tops, also of regional production, were carefully thought out. Gastronomy and environment to enjoy without haste, in the good Alentejo way.
