The owner recovered the old cellar that has been in the family for decades, keeping everything that is original: the wine barrels, the uneven schist floor, the very thick walls and a huge collection of old radios. At the entrance, there is the counter where locals gather to have a drink with friends. And it is around this counter full of glasses of wine, slices of cheese, strips of ham, slices of sausages and loaves of bread that are still warm that the most authentic "sing" of the Alentejo is sung. Inside, rustic tables for serving meals, next to hard chairs and bench seats. In this relaxed atmosphere, all the delicacies come to the table in traditional clay pots and the good wine is stored in the giant casks scattered throughout the cellar.
