It was here, in a century-old building, with a history associated with many generations of wineries and taverns, based on the characteristics of primitive construction, that Honrado Vineyards developed this project which aims to serve as the Workshop for Production, Preservation and Dissemination of the millenary technique of producing wine in clay carvings.
