Housed in the Furnas Boutique Hotel, the À Terra restaurant is guided by a return to its origins, in a tribute to homemade and rustic cuisine. It is based on a sharing concept and uses various local ingredients. In a prominent place are the wood oven and Josper where the main specialties are made. From this heat equipment come traditionally prepared pastas, pizzas, bruschettas and various baked and grilled. In addition there are fresh salads, rice with local vegetables and herbs from the aromatic garden, au gratin, among others. The bread is baked in the wood oven from dawn to the end of the day. The atmosphere is more than cozy, the decor is rustic-contemporary, the garden is aromatic and inspiring.
