The Quinta das Carvalhas is a property of great beauty and spectacularity, with a predominant position on the slope of the left bank of the Douro River in Pinhão, which extends along the slopes of the right bank of the affluent Torto River. During the visits to Quinta das Carvalhas, theme wine tastings are organized, and visitors can enjoy the vineyards and its stunning landscape, or take walks through the farm and try out the birdwatching program. It is also possible to climb to the top of the Quinta, 550 meters above sea level, where the famous Casa Redonda is located, and enjoy a spectacular 360º panoramic view of the region.
